Performance Lexus of Northern Kentucky

Renier Construction is proud to have partnered with Performance Automotive Network to bring the new Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky dealership to life. Located in Fort Wright, this project gave our team the chance to blend our deep experience in automotive construction with a creative design approach that reflects the Lexus brand in a unique and memorable way.

Every part of the dealership was carefully planned to deliver a premium experience. Inspired by the Japanese idea of “Omotenashi,” which centers on hospitality and care, the space was designed to feel calm, welcoming, and thoughtful—from the warm, comfortable lounge area to the clean, modern showroom. At the same time, the layout supports smooth, efficient work for the dealership team.

This project sets a high bar for luxury dealership design, and we’re grateful to the Performance team for trusting us to help bring their vision to life. It was a true pleasure to be part of this one.
