Great Lakes Hyundai (Streetsboro)

An existing facility can be a great asset, but often, the efficiency of the facility can be impacted as it ages and needs improvements to continue being effective. Great Lakes Hyundai, located in Streetsboro, had that exact need and contacted Renier to take on the project. Renier was happy to step in and expand the existing building as well as the needed improvements.

The upgraded facility received new service bays as well as extending current ones, giving them eighteen total service bays. With nearly 8,000 additional square feet of space added to the service portion of the building, this also gave the Great Lakes Hyundai team additional shop space to service vehicles. Upon completion, the building finished at nearly 30,000 total square feet.

Despite needing a deviation from the original building, Renier was able to obtain what was needed to proceed with the intended upgrades. This refresh went in 4 phases and took only 3 months per phase. It required extreme flexibility and the team needed to shift gears multiple times during the process. With a combination of the Great Lakes Hyundai team's agility and Renier's tenacity, the project was finished with flying colors.
