Celebration Kia

Celebration Kia needed an addition, renovation, and site expansion to accommodate their growth and upgrade to the newest Kia design standards, with the goal of offering enhancements to both the customer and dealer experience. The dealership also had to maintain constant operations with minimal disruption to the customers during the project. Renier designed an exceptional phased project schedule maintaining “business as usual” while the renovation & expansion took place and executed it with continual communication, safety barriers, and clear signage.

This all-encompassing project included adding 6 lifts and 2 detail bays, a carwash tunnel, a new vehicle delivery area, expanded showroom, new Service Reception and drive, and a large parking expansion for inventory. Phase I included developing the new parking expansion and building the new Service Reception, and upon completion established a new temporary showroom in the new Service addition. Phase II allowed for the remaining work to be completed without interfering with day-to-day operations.

Developed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Renier faced extreme supply challenges and was able to maintain both material and labor supply to complete Celebration Kia as intended.
