Albany Business Commons

With a fall 2018 completion date, the Albany Business Commons is a new retail and office space in Western Licking County. It features a new satellite office for Licking County Title Office. It will house between two and five tenants with a total of 9,000 sq. ft. and is situated across from Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Jersey Twp. on Worthington Rd. near Mink Rd. & SR 161.

This particular build presented a number of challenges for the team including the storage of job materials during the 6-month build on the small jobsite. Additionally, with no local water lines in the rural location, the necessary water & septic issues had to be addressed separately including digging a well specifically for the property.
