In an effort to increase service capacity and modernize their dealership, Bill Doraty KIA partnered with Renier Construction to expand and remodel their facility in Medina, Ohio.

Named one the top five KIA dealerships in the nation and the most successful in the northern Ohio, Bill Doraty KIA worked with Renier to add a new showroom, service area and car wash to their existing facility. In addition to the expansion, they also turned their showroom into a customer waiting area and added additional parking.

The KIA dealership remained open during the construction process and did not want to utilize trailers or fabricated houses. Renier understood the importance of this and devised a plan to complete the work in three phases, allowing daily operations to continue.

“Since this dealership is so busy there were a lot of people and cars coming in and out every day,” said Kyle Prince, Renier Construction Project Manager. “However, by working together and keeping our lines of communication open, we were able to complete the job early and under budget.”
