Featuring: C.Krueger's Finest Baked Goods

Chris Kringle makes a stop at Renier's newly finished project: C.Krueger's Finest Baked Goods.

Renier recently helped Cheryl Krueger and team prepare space within Albany Business Commons for the newest location of C.Krueger's Finest Baked Goods.

After the project was finished, we were able to sit down and talk with Cheryl about her experience while working with us. "Renier was great at helping us identify the right people to ensure they were qualified to do the work," said Krueger.

"They were able to plan and schedule so there weren’t gaps in time when nothing was being done. As soon as something finished, the next team was in and starting what needed to be done. I was very impressed by all of the coordination.

Renier gets high marks because they helped us pick out a wood floor which we’re going to use throughout the rest of our stores. They also helped us with the layout of cabinetry – they made it sleeker and a better design. Overall, the quality of work was good. Renier made sure it was done right.”

The store has ovens on-site - yes, it's that fresh - and features a milk bar where patrons can enjoy chocolate milk and other beverages that pair with baked goods available within the store. There will be local, guest bakeries featured throughout the space as well to support the community. The Grand Opening for this location was on November 23rd. We couldn't be more proud of the space and are excited to see C.Krueger's Finest Baked Goods enjoying their new location.

Dayton Freight Lines

Renier Construction has completed its 65th major project for Dayton Freight Lines. This newest build consisted of a maintenance building as well as a freight terminal in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

The terminal will support Dayton Freight Lines growth in the Milwaukee/Sturtevant area. The 129-door cross dock building sits on a 33-acre site and totals 111,000 square feet with 28,000 sq. ft dedicated to maintenance. The terminal alone will have approximately 700 trucks pass through it in one week! The maintenance building features a truck wash, an enclosed fuel island and four bays that can service eight tractors or four trailers at one time.

Welcome New Team Members!

Philip Rice - Project Engineer
When asked about why he wanted to join the Renier team, Philip answered, "I knew a certain employee named Tom Rice who loves working at Renier. Renier is a well-respected General Contractor whose ethical business practices I agree with."

Philip enjoys the variety of projects because every job is different and brings it's own set of unique challenges. He describes the culture at Renier as team focused, hardworking and professional. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Dan Przygoda - Project Superintendent

Dan joins the Renier team from his home state of New Jersey and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. His work on projects is expansive in both size and location. From multi-million dollar facilities to smaller projects, he’s completed a large number of projects -- and those projects have taken him all across the country.

When he’s not out of town for a project, Dan enjoys spending time at home with his wife Elana and their family. We’re glad to have Dan as a part of Team Renier!

Please join us in welcoming these two to the Renier family!
