Ted Dulay
As General Manager of Renier’s Custom division, Ted Dulay is an essential member in delivering the organizational goals and values. He leads the Custom division providing both Facility Maintenance programs for numerous clients, as well as directing the small to mid-size construction projects.
In managing the Custom division projects, he is responsible for all project management, preconstruction, estimating, quality & cost control, invoicing, and project closeout.
Ted also manages the Custom division's extensive Facility Maintenance program which includes everything from entire site inspections (including stormwater/backflow/fire extinguisher-fire alarm systems inspections to HVAC, elevator, plumbing & electrical maintenance to landscaping & window cleaning. All services are provided by Renier-qualified subcontractors and there is a 24/7 in-house contact. This allows for quick, efficient, and more economical service for our clients.
Ted began his Renier career in 2005 as a Project Superintendent and in early 2020 when he became the General Manager of Renier Custom. He has 25 years of experience in the industry covering a broad span of projects and responsibilities which gives him an expansive diversified background.
Ted attended Tidewater Community College studying drafting and has completed the OSHA 40 training class. He also volunteers for the boy's PFC Extreme Soccer Club as an assistant coach and his local neighborhood ground committee.
He and his family reside in Reynoldsburg, OH where he can often be found grilling and relaxing in his backyard. Dulay is also an avid snowboarder, a downhill mountain biking enthusiast, and an excellent fly fisherman.
