Shaun Barber

As an Estimator, Shaun Barber’s focus is on pre-construction and project cost estimations. He brings 30 years of construction industry experience to the team with a widespread background in estimating, BIM (building information modeling) technology. Shaun has worked in multiple roles throughout his career in construction, from foreman to project manager, to estimator, and on small to multi-million dollar projects.

Shaun holds a Construction Management Associate Degree from Columbus State Community College and has certification as a BIM technician in CAD, Revit, Navisworks BIM Build & BIM 360. He also serves as a volunteer lecturer in the Columbus State 3D modeling program. Additionally, he completed a Carpenter Apprenticeship with the Associated Builders and Contractors of Dayton.

While Shaun was born in Cleveland, he spent his formative years in Flint, MI, Germany, and Huber Heights, Ohio, and currently resides in Dublin. He is an avid photographer, has two daughters, and in his spare time enjoys archery.
