Curt Smith

Curt serves as a Project Manager on commercial and mixed-use projects. As a Project Manager, he monitors all job aspects including the schedule, budget forecasting costs, communication with the client, and completing all front-end documentation in coordination with the project architects and engineers.

Curt’s experience in multiple roles within the construction industry gives him a unique perspective and allows him to have a greater understanding of all aspects of a project. Curt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Systems from The Ohio State University, is OSHA 30-hour certified, First Aid and CPR certified, and brings nearly 8 years of industry experience to his position.

Along with his wife and new daughter, Curt resides in Marysville. His hobbies include spending time with and traveling with his family.
