Germain Lexus of Easton needed to expand its service center to continue to provide exceptional service while meeting customer demand.
Renier Construction and Germain have partnered together on a number of projects. So, with no room to grow at the existing facility, Scott Greenhalgh, operations director of Germain Automotive Partnership, turned to Bill Heifner, president of Renier, for help.
“We’ve been customers [of Renier] for as long as I can remember,” said Greenhalgh. “They’re not just a vendor – they’re a partner.”
The new 36,000 square-foot building features three service drive lanes with 24 service bays and a separate car wash facility. The project was completed in nine months.
“There are always hiccups with a construction project, but this project was pretty uneventful,” said Greenhalgh. “When something came up, the Renier team was so engaged that it was easy for them to take care of it.”
According to Greenhalgh, a good relationship with the construction contractor is key. “[Renier] saved us time and headaches because of the relationship we have with them,” said Greenhalgh. “They do a nice job managing us and managing our project from start to finish.”
Germain Lexus of Easton’s new service center is located off of Morse Road in Columbus, Ohio.
