Spring Groundbreaking Anticipated on MPW Private Hangar at Port Columbus
Renier Construction and MPW Industrial Services are embarking on a second design-build project, this time a private airport hangar at Port Columbus for the expanding industrial cleaning, water purification & environmental management company. Renier is currently constructing a 102,000 sq. ft. new Corporate Headquarters Technical Center and Fabrication Facility at the company’s center of operations in Hebron, Ohio.
“Renier is pleased to be a part of the design & development of this private airport hangar for MPW Industrial Services” said Bill Heifner, President and Founder of Renier Construction. “We’re nearing completion of the design phase and expect to be breaking ground in early spring.”
The 49,000 sq. ft. hangar will be located on a 5.76 acre parcel on the airport’s north airfield. MPW anticipates to use approximately half of the hangar for their own use and the rest for a future corporate tenant.
