Renier Offers Advisors and Owners Insights and Value through Seminar Series
Renier Construction recently completed the first set in a series of educational seminars to assist businesses in obtaining the best value for their construction investment. William Heifner, president of Renier Construction developed the educational sessions in response to today’s economy where construction transactions are more complicated than ever. Heifner is on a mission to ensure decision-makers and advisors understand the choices dramatically affecting renovation or new building projects.
The initial series was designed specifically for accountants, bankers, attorneys and business advisors to help them to understand how their client can reduce risk, as well as how to make construction decisions relative to price and value. With over 30 years in the industry, Heifner provides an insider’s view of the construction process and better prepares advisors to assist their clients through the process.
The sessions, provided at no-charge, were designed for small groups of 10 to 20 to allow more interaction, before and after the session, as well as time during the presentation for questions and discussion.
“Bill is passionate about what he does and more specifically about the design-build method of construction. His vast experience in the area makes him uniquely qualified to speak about this subject. His design-build presentation was informative, thought provoking and left me wondering why anyone constructing a building these days would use any other construction method. In addition, Bill's presentation demonstrated that he clearly brings value to any type of project and essentially eliminates all of the negative outcomes possible with the commercial construction process," stated Daniel G. Rohletter, a real estate and business attorney with Carlile, Patchen & Murphy.
The response has been so favorable that Heifner has been invited to speak to groups at the Columbus Bar Association, Huntington National Bank, Commerce National Bank, Carlile, Patchen & Murphy and Park National Bank.
In addition to the advisor-focused seminar, Heifner has also has developed targeted industry presentations for the automotive, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, medical, office, restaurant and multi-family markets.
