Renier Blueprint: March 2022 Newsletter

The Renier Blueprint
A Quarterly E-Newsletter, March 2022
Featuring: Integrity In Action

Given the global current events and truly unprecedented times, we are reminded about just how grateful we are for the trust our clients have placed in us. Without the trust of our clients – sharing our name and recommending us – we wouldn’t have had such tremendous growth, we wouldn’t have been able to give back as much to our communities, and we wouldn’t have been able to hire top talent to fit our culture and serve the way the Renier name commands. So, Thank You. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for allowing us to experience your growth and success and new adventures WITH you!

"We are committed to performance, not excuses.” When we talk about “The Renier Experience” we believe it boils down to follow through and Integrity. But what does that mean? When a project doesn’t go the way it was intended, or mistakes are made, it is important to make things right. Excuses ruin carefully built trust, erode the foundations of our work, and keep us further away from working towards progress and further growth. And what growth we’ve had!

Let’s take a look at the past quarter and how performance, open communication, and Integrity have helped us thrive.

Unprecedented Growth

The construction boom has us busy! We're growing in unprecedented ways. We've never seen growth like this in our existence. Despite all the massive changes around us in the last few years, we continue to remain stable and inspired. Check out all the different ways we’re focusing on the future together!

John Hinderer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDR&J)

In January, we started the move forward on a brand-new facility for John Hinderer CDR&J in Heath! True to Renier form, the current facility is still open while we work to provide more square footage, an expanded service area, and a gorgeous new look. We recently started clearing the site to begin the process. Check out the photos of the plans we’re working on making a reality! Stay up to date on social media with us to see the updates as they come out – you really won’t want to miss this one!

Byers Mazda

The newly finished Byers Mazda building opened March 1st! Their new building looks marvelous, offering a welcoming, brightly lit space that we are proud to have been a part of. With updated facing, bays, and interior design definitely dressed to impress, this facility is going to shine for many years to come. Here are snapshots to preview while we work to schedule final professional photography.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Headquarters

This project is a massive undertaking, and the process has been incredible! We’re making giant steps forward every day in Zionsville, IN toward finalizing the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Global Headquarters. We signed on in 2020 to construct the 115,000 square foot facility that will contain office and event space as well as internal facilities coinciding with RLL’s racing teams. RLL has big goals for this space, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product!

Planting Seeds

The community around us is constantly growing and changing too, and Renier strives to be a helping hand in planting the seeds of tomorrow. We’ve spent time away from our desks and busy construction sites to ensure that Integrity is in our day – even when we’re not on a jobsite.

Ronald McDonald House – Columbus, OH

Saturday, March 12 was a very special day as the team gathered to prepare lunch for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Columbus. Ronald McDonald House Charities are a nonprofit family and children’s charity dedicated to supporting families with sick children. Families are only asked to contribute a small amount for their stay in the House, but it is never a requirement, allowing them to focus on the care, treatment, and recovery of their sick children. The Ronald McDonald House in Columbus is adding 80 more rooms to their already amazing 125 room facility, which will make them the largest House in the country.

Thriving With Our Clients & Team

We owe our success and growth to you, our clients. We've been introduced, referred, or connected with new contacts and partners. Because of that, we've hired a record number of team members to ensure our standard of service and quality are maintained.
