Executive Management Team Expanded, Promotions Announced at Renier Construction

William Heifner, Founder and President of Renier Construction announced today the expansion of the Senior Management Team, and the promotion of two senior members. The expansion will allow Heifner to shift his day-to-day activities to focus more on client relations and business development.

Effective immediately, Tom Rice, currently Vice President of Operations, will become Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Neal Bronder, currently Project Executive, will become Vice President and Chief Executive Officer. Bronder will expand his responsibilities to include oversight of pre-construction activities, estimating services and contract administration areas of the company.

Other senior management members include Bill Heifner as President, and Rob Gibbs as Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of Renier.

“With an increased number of projects coming into the pipeline, it is critical that we have a seasoned executive team who can provide oversight to our operations, pre-construction and estimating teams,” stated Heifner. “Tom and Neal are deeply respected by our clients, and their working knowledge in our industry is extraordinary,” continued Heifner.

Rice joined Renier in 1997 and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the Field Operations Team including all Project Managers and Project Superintendents. Rice oversees all day-to-day field operations activities, quality control, scheduling, coordinating project assignments, as well as the company safety program.

Bronder joined the Renier team in 1989 and has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years. In 2012, Bronder was promoted to Project Executive, and prior to that, served as Senior Project Manager, Senior Estimator, and Manager of Operations at Renier Construction.
