Bill Heifner Offers Advisors and Owners Insights and Value through Seminar Series
Bill Heifner recently completed a series of educational seminars to assist businesses in obtaining the best value for their construction investment. Bill Heifner, president of Renier Construction developed the educational sessions in response to today’s economy where construction transactions are more complicated than ever. Heifner is on a mission to ensure decision-makers and advisors understand the choices dramatically affecting renovation or new building projects.
The series was designed specifically for accountants, bankers, attorneys and business advisors to help them to understand how their client can reduce risk, as well as how to make construction decisions relative to price and value. With over 30 years in the industry, Heifner provides an insider’s view of the construction process and better prepares advisors to assist their clients through the process.
The sessions, provided at no-charge, were designed for small groups of 10 to 20 to allow more interaction, before and after the session, as well as time during the presentation for questions and discussion.
“Bill is passionate about sharing his experience on the subject of the construction industry. His unique presentation focuses on identifying a reputable contractor, eliminating mechanics liens and litigation, avoiding cost overruns - all information to enable the client to have the best return for the investment,” stated Daniel G. Rohletter, a real estate and business attorney with Carlile, Patchen & Murphy.
In addition to the advisor-focused seminar, Heifner has also developed targeted industry presentations for the automotive, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, medical, office, restaurant and multi-family markets.
The response has been so favorable that Heifner has been invited to speak to groups at the Columbus Bar Association, Carlile Patchen & Murphy, Vorys, Huntington National Bank, U.S. Bank, Commerce National Bank, Park National Bank and The Ohio Automotive Dealers Association (OADA) Annual Conference and Regional OADA Meetings throughout Ohio.
