Automotive Expertise Drives Four Dealers to Build with Renier Construction
Having completed hundreds of new builds, renovations and image upgrades in the automotive industry, Renier Construction’s expertise was leveraged for four recently completed projects.
NEW DEALERSHIP
Germain Ford, Columbus Ohio
This four-phased automotive project was built on the site of the existing dealership while the dealership remained open for business. The $9.6 million project totaled 75,485 square feet and included a 15,066-square-foot showroom, 9,166 square-foot parts department, 6,221 square-foot general office, a car wash, 37 service bays, six large truck service bays and eight Quick Lane® service bays.
NEW DEALERSHIP
Chesrown Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, Delaware Ohio
Renier recently completed the construction of the new 34,000 square foot, $4 million Chesrown Chevrolet-Buick-GMC dealership. The two-story building is on 7 acres located at 1701 Columbus Pike in Delaware, Ohio. With 21 service bays and 11,922 square feet for service, 4,380 square feet for parts, and 15,605 square feet for offices, the new facility is ready to serve central Ohio customers.
ADDITION AND RENOVATION

Completed two weeks ahead of schedule, this $1 million project was also under budget. The image upgrade for the Acura brand included an addition, as well as renovation, of the existing Courtesy Acura new car facility at 3731 Nicholasville Road in Lexington Kentucky.
RENOVATION
Jim Keim Ford, Columbus Ohio
The remodeled showroom is located at 5575 Keim Circle and includes a reception area, customer hospitality center, service write-up area, and exterior façade to conform to Ford Motor Company’s Trustmark Image Program. Complete with coffee bar and new showroom furnishings this 5,700 square-foot renovation is the third project Renier has undertaken for Jim Keim. Earlier in 2013, a 19,000-square-foot addition and renovation was completed for the Keim service facility.
