As President, Neal Bronder brings over 40 years construction experience in commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects to Renier's clients. Bronder is responsible for executive project management, oversight of pre-construction, estimating services, contract administration, as well as planning and construction of facilities.
Bronder, a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, joined Renier's team in 1989 and in 2012 was promoted to Project Executive. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager, Senior Estimator and Manager of Operations during his tenure at Renier. He has worked as a foreman, superintendent, estimator, project manager and project executive on projects located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Indiana, Minnesota and Arizona. Bronder has had profit and loss responsibilities for industrial, commercial and multifamily projects ranging in value from three million to over twenty million dollars.
Bronder's commitment to Renier's philosophy of integrity encompasses all facets of his professional endeavors, as well as his involvement in community and volunteer organizations. He is actively involved with The Hilltop Commission, YMCA Family Shelter, Hilliard Food Pantry, Water Missions International, Abundant Life Lutheran Church and his long-standing service with The Boy Scouts of America.
